Our Home Gym is definitely compact to take up a small space, yet punches above its weight in terms of providing a quality gym workout with a modest price tag. Our Home Gym provides a huge range of strength training options with exceptional smooth movements to prevent injury.

The Healthstream Compact Home Gym includes:

• 91 kg cast iron pin loaded weight stack, high quality pulleys, aircraft steel cables
• Powder coated steel with metal weight shrouds for improved safety
• Attachments provide so many training options including chest press, shoulder press, lat pulldown, cable arm crossover, tricep and bicep curl, abdominal crunch, leg curl, leg extension, seated row, upright row.
• Comfortable and adjustable seat and back rest with heavy duty double stitched upholstery over thick foam inner padding
• Available in grey or black upholstery

Details:

Frame – Commercial styling and gauge steel tubing provides excellent unit strength, durability and safety.

Frame Finish – Chemically etched then coated with electrostatically applied powder coat paint to provide easy cleaning.

Upholstery – Contoured designs are double stitched and fitted with premium grade vinyl formulated to resist bacteria, mildew and stains while providing exceptional longevity and appearance.

Cables – nylon-coated aircraft cable.

Pulleys – 4 inch heavy-duty fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed bearings reduce friction and minimise cable wear.

Adjustment Pins – Quick and easy adjustments are secured with highly visible commercial grade spring-loaded pull-pins.

Stabiliser Sleeves – Wrap-around, high-density stabilizer sleeves are bolted on to ensure they stay put while increasing unit stability.

Frame: Commercial styling 2×3 and 2×2 inch 11 gauge steel tubing.

Cables: 1800 lbs test 1⁄8-inch aircraft cable nylon-coated to 3⁄16-inch.
