Semi-unfold the TriaTrainer and it converts to a semi-reclined bench to suit working your back and gluteal muscles.

Fully extend the TriaTrainer and it can be used for your choice of bench workouts.

Perfect to use with or without free weights including SwingBells or use with the SlimBeam Functional Trainer. The foot rest is fully adjustable to different positions.
